This Coming-Soon version has no registration form, input fields or invitation-confirmation function. It does not connect to a waitlist database or send confirmation emails. It contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, external fonts or embedded third-party media.

Hosting and technical access data

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. Delivering static pages and images and protecting the service against misuse involves processing technical request data, including IP addresses and information about requested resources, request times, browsers and errors. The website itself maintains no visitor database or application access log. Vercel operates an international delivery infrastructure; processing is not restricted to Europe. This processing serves to deliver the requested page to your browser, maintain the availability of the website, identify technical errors and defend against misuse or attacks.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies of its own, local storage or session storage. It includes no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, external fonts or embedded third-party media. The language is selected through the URL. These statements concern the website itself and do not rule out separate processing by the hosting infrastructure.

Email contact via Hostpoint

Email enquiries are handled separately from website hosting. Our mailbox info@offmarket911.com is provided by Hostpoint AG, Switzerland. We read incoming messages directly at Hostpoint; there is no automatic forwarding to Gmail or other email providers. To handle your enquiry, we process your email address, message, any attachments and other information you voluntarily provide, together with technical delivery information. This does not create an invitation request or newsletter subscription. An email link opens your email application; this website does not send the message. Hostpoint describes storage in Switzerland for its email service. This does not mean that every transmission, access or participating technical service is confined to Switzerland. Please do not send passwords or sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. We use this information to understand your message, clarify questions and respond to you. The operator handles the enquiry; Hostpoint provides the technical email infrastructure.

Retention

We review the mailbox info@offmarket911.com at least once a month. Completed contact enquiries are deleted unless a legal requirement or another specifically justified reason requires retention. We retain ongoing enquiries and necessary supporting records only for as long as they are actually needed. Our regular review also covers trash, spam and any existing copies. Technical hosting data and backups are subject to separate retention rules. Deletion from the mailbox is not the same as deletion from technical backups and does not mean that a message is immediately removed from Hostpoint backups. No fixed period for their deletion is promised here.
